By using AssetAlly® to track assets in a digital environment, the Village immediately saved time and has peace of mind knowing their assets are always in the same, secure place. Also, by scanning old prints to pdf, the Village was able to store them digitally, thus allowing for quick reproduction when necessary.
With the implementation of AssetAlly® the Village now has the convenience of having their data easements, utilities, permitting (building and erosion control), and as-built linking all in one place. They also use AssetAlly® as a tracking system to record their utility repairs.
With AssetAlly® the Village now manages their sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water utilities, along with proposed transportation plans all in a single system. The Village now has an accurate inventory for their signs, trees, and light poles using AssetAlly®’s intuitive inventory tools. Gone are the paper files and the Village now utilizes AssetAlly®’s document management tools to organize key property records and to simplify access and retrieval.
