As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and related work announcements and closures, we want you to know that our staff is working remotely and remains focused on meeting your needs without disruptions in service.

If you have staff working remote, remember they can access AssetAlly from any computer or mobile device from https://insertyourcommunityname,assetally.com. We know that some field staff are currently spending more time working indoors. To keep progress moving, your team can use AssetAlly to:

  • Check the accuracy of your utility systems, trees, signs, and lights. Communicate missing features or spatial inaccuracy with your Client Managers for adjustments.

  • Attach necessary documents or as-builts to features.

  • Enter existing paper records (i.e. inspections and repairs, as-builts, photos, water meters, and permits).

  • Create work orders to share and schedule tasks. 

This situation is fluid and we will continue to monitor it closely. As always, our goal is to provide excellent service while prioritizing the health and safety of our clients, staff, families, and the community at large.
